So here is the results of the first 30 days of my journey. I started my journey on August 4th, gave blood on September 4th and doctors appointment on September 9th. I was down 25 lbs!! Yes 25 lbs in 1 month! But more importantly ALL my blood work was back in normal range! Last visit my A1C was 10.1, this time is 6.9, gonna get it to 6 or as close to it as possible. I was taken off some of my medicine for diabetes and will work on getting rid of the blood pressure medicine next visit. I’m pretty stoked about coming off meds because I don’t like having to take medicine.
